Well, this would never happen (where did we hear that before)... A big freeze hit Florida. All my new little plants are mush. We had to wrap the newly planted palmtrees and all in sheets to try to keep the frost off....
Well.... how about that. And again (we heard this in Silver Spring (MD) , and in Loveland (CO) as well...) the neighbours have never seen it this bad! Well I guess all we can say is: Hello winter, you have caught up to us again!
Nou, dit zou dus nooit gebeuren... (waar hebben we dat eerder gehoord). Een koude nachtvorst in Florida. Al mijn nieuwe plantjes zijn moes. Ik moest zelfs de palmbomen inpakken in lakens om ze te beschermen.
Nou... hoe kan dat nou... En weer roepen alle buren (net als in Maryland en in Colorado) dat dit hier nooooit voorkomt. Nou, ik denk dat we kunnen zeggen: Hallo winter, je hebt ons weer gevonden!
